- Estimates
- Sales Orders
- Invoices
- Sales Receipts
- Refunds & Credits
- Purchase Orders
- Item Receipts
- Bills
- Write Checks/Cheques
- Inventory transfers
They can’t be used to physically count […]

QBO is the most basic of all inventory that intuit puts out, you can NOT do lot numbers, serial numbers, etc etc in QBO

short answer is you can not do that
lot and serial numbers, for some reason are not limited or associated with qty. You can have more or less numbers than qty […]

Premier does not have multiple locations, only enterprise with the advanced inventory add on does
In premier everything is stocked in one location. So other than entering a memo in the supplier bill, no there is no way to associate an order or part of an order with a different store/location

Advanced inventory is only available in enterprise, I am not sure what happens if do what you propose, but you can create a back up, and in a plain enterprise install, restore from back up
