advice: Was informed QBO no longer supports imports from 2015 desktop versions. Has anyone tried this type of import very recently that knows of work arounds or has any advice?

No & No is the current answer as far as I know

But with bank charges I use the system built into the bank reconciliation system when reconciling the bank.

advice: I need to update Your Account > Personal Info > Address > Email Address (not the Company Info email address). It is not editable in the form. Please advice. Thank you!

Please follow the steps below:

Go to Gear (upper right)
Select Your Company from the Your Account List
Go to Personal Info
Click Edit Personal Info
Click Change under Sign In Info
Click Continue
For security purposes, sign into your account again
Select an option to receive a security code and click Continue
Enter the code you received from the email and click Continue
