In the past the server is packaged with the app, enabling multi user mode from the edit menu launches the server.

advise: Hi, I’ve deleted an invoice, the first one I set up with number 1001. I want to use this invoice number again, but dont seem to be able to do that, please advise.

Just reenter the number again when creating a new invoice. It should accept it & start re numbering from there.

Go to the Gear icon.
Select Account and Settings.

I’d say you need to produce a 1099. You are paying the vendor.

Click the + (Quick Create menu) and in the far right column, click on Journal Entry to record depreciation expense. (You very rarely use JEs in QuickBooks, but recording depreciation is one of them. 🙂
