amend: I need to amend my state IL 941 for 2016. Is there a form in QB to do this? I don’t see one under File Forms just one for the federal 941.

Currently, the IL-941-X form for 2016 (amendment form) is not available in QuickBooks Desktop. However, you can get it from your state website through this link: http://www.revenue.state.il.us/taxforms/Withholding/2016/IL-941-X.pdf.
