Annual Forms: Is there a way to recover an archived form that I mistakenly deleted? I pressed the wrong button and deleted the W-2 filing that I’d like to keep for reference.

If the 2017 W-2 form got deleted, you can still archive it by following the steps below. Otherwise, if it was from the prior years, you can contact one of our Payroll Support Specialists, so they can archive the form for you.

Annual Forms: How do get rid of reports that I had to do manually? And how do I stop Indiana reports from showing up to complete? We do not have an indiana employee anymore.

You can archive the tax form to get rid of it. Here’s how:

  1. Click Taxes on the left.
  2. Click Payroll Tax at the top.
  3. Click Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms, as appropriate.
  4. Click on the desired form.
  5. Select the liability period.
  6. Click Archive.

Annual Forms: Stop W-2 form submitted

Let’s check to see if you still have the option to delete the form.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Taxes.
  2. Click Payroll Tax.
  3. Click View Archived Forms under Annual Forms.
  4. Click Form W-2, Copies A & D.
  5. Check to see if you have the Delete button. If yes, click on it.
  6. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
