I can show you how to get separate T4’s for your employees. Here’s how the process works:

Select Taxes from the menu on the left and go to the Payroll Tax tab at the top.

Annual Forms: Is there a way to recover an archived form that I mistakenly deleted? I pressed the wrong button and deleted the W-2 filing that I’d like to keep for reference.

Annual Forms: How do get rid of reports that I had to do manually? And how do I stop Indiana reports from showing up to complete? We do not have an indiana employee anymore.

You can archive the tax form to get rid of it. Here’s how:

Click Taxes on the left.
Click Payroll Tax at the top.
Click Quarterly Forms or Annual Forms, as appropriate.
Click on the desired form.
Select the liability period.
Click Archive.

Annual Forms: Stop W-2 form submitted

Let’s check to see if you still have the option to delete the form.

Here’s how:

Go to Taxes.
Click Payroll Tax.
Click View Archived Forms under Annual Forms.
Click Form W-2, Copies A & D.
Check to see if you have the Delete button. If yes, click on it.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
