App Data: I can not create statements since I completed the update today. Does anyone know how to remedy this issue?

Let’s try clearing the app’s cache with the reset app data:

  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.

App Data: QBO windows program will ask me for login credentials then it will go to the main dashboard but it will be all blank. All options are grayed out and nothing loads.
