Is it the iif file that is not being created?

data is NOT exported, no transactions, the iif file is nothing more than a list.

We figured it out.  She was pressing the “Save” button on the toolbar at the top rather than using the Save & Close or Save & New buttons.

Assuming the UK versions are similar in that respect to the US versions, reconciliations do not import.  You can read about it in the article below.

appears: Why is the bottom right portion of some windows in QB Premier 2014 inaccessible?

It looks like you have larger fonts selected.  Amazingly, QB won’t work properly (anymore) with this option.  Used to work fine.  Edit your display settings and change the font size to standard 100%.  Then restart QB and see if it works.
