AR: We have an 2014 customer overpymt. I am unable to “refund to customer” due to the year is closed. Please advise the procedure to refund a customer in a closed period.

You can create a Check now, for AR for that customer name, and date it 2017.

It cannot be cleaned up by JE and that makes it worse and is what goes wrong.
