article below: I have 3 companies. The two are trials I want to delete. I tried the purge method but I still see them on the list..

I know that if you “delete” a company it will remain in “read only” format for one year.  I’m not sure about when you purge data, but it might be the same.  I think if you call Intuit they can get rid of it for you.  Click the link in the article below […]

article below: I would like to add a third party to the Accountant tab. I have an overseas accountant too and need three people to have access. Is that possible?

I know that you can add additional users (for a fee).  I’m not positive that you can add a third accountant, but there is a “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the article below.  (Probably won’t answer until Monday AM.)
