attachments: Switching computers desktop pro 2018 & how to switch the data

Also, don’t forget that if you have attachments or images/logos, they are in separate folders with your company file and are not included in a backup.  You have to copy them over and then re-link them.

attachments: I moved stuff from in quickbooks back to review because my wife didn’t know how to assign accounts yet. When I did that it removed all attachments and classes. why?

That’s correct it puts it back just as the bank he brought it in. That’s what happens when you click undo.
