back up: When I condensed my file,eliminated data and accts b4 2013. But the balance sheet still shows the old deleted accts and balances.They r not in chart of accts.What to do?

restore from back up, condense did not work, typical about 70% of the time

There is no restore in QBO, there is no user back up to restore from

the back up that intuit and other advisors talk about is a system back up, intuit can not find your account in that back up so from a user point of view it is useless

back up: I have a license for one user, but can I load it to a laptop for work at home in addition to the work desktop?

Yes, single user licenses allow you to install on up to 2 computers for use by the same person – usually a desktop and a laptop.  The computers cannot be networked, so you’ll have to back up/restore each time you change computers – be careful with that.

The is no sync function. You can back up & restore between the computers but it won’t work if both people are using the file at the same time.
