bank balances: April 2015 bank reconciliation appears twice in QBO, with materially different bank balances. Recon jumps to 2017 when we attempt to continue reconciling. Please call.

No one will call you.  This is a user-to-user forum.

If april 2015 appears twice, someone had to reconcile it using that same mo. Ending date.  Then someone had to Change it to 2017.

Maybe go to the last good bank rec and undo the rest and re-reconcile from that good bank rec?
