bank issue: For 2 weeks, I haven’t been able to connect to my Citibank Business Thank You MasterCard account. It used to update and out of the blue, stopped working

I have a citibank mastercard too for my business. It stops on occasion and I leave it alone and click update and eventually it starts back up. I don’t understand why it happens unless it is a bank issue.
