Bank Registers: When I pull up any of my bank registers, there is no status column showing cleared or reconciled. I’m using QB online.What do I need to do in order to see that?

Bank Registers: do you have a separate accounts payable module ? I have an AP clerk to enter bills without having her access the full program or checkbook

No QBO does not have something like that.

And QBO permissions are canned and can not be adjusted, for vendor and purchase access the user can:

• Enter bills from vendors
• Pay bills
• Make bills and purchases billable to customers
• Write checks
• Enter cash and credit card purchases
