I would contact qbo payroll if you see your payroll being run twice when you only ran it once.

bank trans: Reconcile issue I have correct beg. & end balance, checked off all bank trans that cleared, have not checked off any in QB that have not cleared, ran a discrepancy report

Here is one of the tricks I teach to my class in the Reconciliation lesson:

Divide your Difference by 9. If there is an exact amount with no remainder, you have a Typo “Transposition error” somewhere.

Example:

14940 as 14490
