banks website: I am missing 1 month transactions, Feb 2018, all other transactions have updated.. How can I get these uploaded? I have tried updating with no success.

You can go to your banks website and download a file that can be imported into QuickBooks Online.  You should be able to select the timeframe for what transactions to pull and download the file.

Try it manually.

Go to banks website. Download the QBO file. Then in the banking center import/upload the file you just downloaded.
