banks: Transactions not appearing from my connected account.

Once a bank has been connected via the Banking page you would need to update it regularly to get the most recent transactions. This is done by clicking the Refresh button in the top right corner.

banks: I changed banks in the middle of the fiscal year. How do I set up a new account and combine the information from the current and previous bank when I run reports?

The reports will still populate regardless that you changed banks.  Create a new bank acct. for the new acct.
