batch: Can you batch or mass delete purchase orders ?

QuickBooks Online doesn’t have the ability to batch delete the purchase orders. To delete, you need to open the purchase order, click More from the bottom and choose Delete.

Thanks for those details and screenshot.

We don’t have an option to add the memorized items on the Transaction history report. The columns that can be added on the report are Trans ID, Date, Method, Customer Name, Type, Status, Batch, Comment, Amount and Fee.

Not sure why you are seeing them (unless you unlinked them). But check them off and click batch>exclude them.

In the bank feed, click them and then click batch enter>exclude>and then go to the excluded list and select them again >batch enter>delete.

batch: How do I batch change the Type in Products and Services? I did an import and all my items came through as Services when I need them as Inventory Items.

There is no batch change in products and services

You will have to edit each item and see if QBO will allow for a type change, if not then you have to make each service inactive (delete in QBO) and create the inventory items
