(Sigh) it is not in the qbo version (yet). You can enter a line with a dash or something so it stays in place for you. But you cannot add an empty line.

Here’s the steps:

On the invoice that you need to customize, click Formatting tab
Click on Insert Line
Go back to Main tab and print invoice. ( you can also print preview to check)
