You can change currently named “Estimate” title to “Bid” form. It’s still the same form just changing the title.

To change the title:

Create (+) sign > Customers > Estimate > Customize (at the bottom middle) > Header > Form Names > Estimates > Change “Estimate” to “Bid” > Save
