Billable Box: All my employees submit timesheets with billable time on them but suddenly all the billable time has disappeared and the button is not visable to bring it back?

Perhaps the settings in your company settings have been changed? If you go to the company cog, click on Company Settings and choose Expenses, make sure that the make expenses and items billable box has been ticked.
