Bring up: My Vendor Transaction List is showing “copy” in the Action column for all my invoices that have been paid. This just started today. Is there a glitch somewhere

This is not a glitch but rather a new feature.

If you click “Copy” it will bring up an exact copy of that bill you can edit as you need to and then save as a new transaction.

Bring up: How do i email invoices?

When creating an invoice there is a field at the top for email address.

At the bottom there’s a button titled Save and Send.  This will save the invoice and bring up the email screen.

Change the customer record – name, bring up the invoice and re-print it

QB does not save the customer actual data for saved invoices, etc, it just points to the name data and calls it up when you edit or view an invoice
