browser cache: Using Quickbooks Online sometimes I cannot open the Banking page. Other pages open as expected including the banking Rules page. Does anybody else have the same issue?

clearing the browser cache fixed it.

In case it helps others, I’m using Firefox 66.0.2 (64-bit) in Linux Mate (Mint)

browser cache: An error message keeps popping up and not letting me add new items. It keeps saying you’re offline?

I assume you have checked to insure the browser you are using can connect to other sites on the internet, and that it can

close the browser tab for QB, clear the browser cache, close and reopen the browser and see if that helped

browser cache: When I do a bulk re-order from my products and services screen it pulls the item desciption to the purchase order instead of the purchasing description. Able to fix?

Assuming you have checked to insure that the purchase description is in fact different per item, that is weird

Only thing I can suggest is to log out, clear the browser cache, close and reopen the browser and log in to see if that helped.  If you have the same problem […]

Is there any transaction posted for the supplier? Did you try clearing cookies and cache?

Clearing the browser cache (deleting temporary Internet files) is a good way to start the browser with a clean slate. Please note that the steps are different depending on which browser you’re using.

browser cache: After entering a receipt, I click on “save and close.” It used to close out the receipt screen. Now it does not. Did you change something?

The Save and close button should function the same as it always has. These types of issues are usually browser related. Clearing your browser cache is a good first step for troubleshooting, and to go the extra mile, you can try using another browser as well.

browser cache: The two users at my organization are unable to access the “Bank Accounts” section of QBO today. We just get a spinning circle. Is anyone else having this issue?

The banking section should now be functional and accessible. If you continue to have issues, I’ve provided an answer below with a link allowing you to report you are still having the issue. I recommend trying again every 10-15 minutes if you are not able to access it.
