browsers: Is it possible that when my clients receive an invoice from me, it shows that it is from my actual email address?

Sorry, a few years ago Intuit changed the email protocol for QBO emails (they said it was to comply with changes made by browsers, I think).  You cannot change it.

It sounds like this may be an issue with your browser. What we recommend is first clearing your cache  to see if that fixes the issue. If it doesn’t, we recommend making sure your browser is updated or try another browser.
