Budget Report: I will like to know how do I change the change, delete and add categories on a budget.

None of the categories in the Budget report can be edited/changed/deleted unless you change/edit/delete them in the Chart of Accounts. We really appreciate any suggestions and feedback you can send to our development team. Please click the Gear icon and select Feedback.

Budget Report: Is there a way to connect documents to Enterprise Solutions? For example I have grant awards, budgets and budget revisions. Is there a way to tag these to budgets.

If you’re referring to attaching these documents to your budget report in QuickBooks Enterprise, we currently don’t have this option. This is a great idea though! You can send a message directly to our product development team requesting that this be added. Just click Help and then send Feedback Online.

Budget Report: Budget has disappeared

You can include the YEAR Budget column.

If you put all the data into Jan, it will show amount remaining (under budget).

If you put all the data into Dec, it will show amount used (over budget, since it doesn’t kick in until Dec).
