buttons: The proposal “Save / Save and Send” buttons are not showing up. Cannot save a proposal after changing status!

It may be that the screen resolution is causing those options to be off the screen. Please try holding down the control (Ctrl) key and rolling the mouse wheel or hitting the – (minus) key to see if that will get the save buttons to show up.
