cache: When I click on View for a transaction on a discrepancy report, instead of displaying the detail, the program shuts down and requires me to log back in.

I’ve checked our file, and there’s no open investigation about QuickBooks Online logging the users out, eDale.

This can be caused by too much cache. When you visit a website, it stores the information. Once it overloads, it causes unexpected results.

cache: update page does not respond?

Glad it is working again.  When I have issues, I generally clear the cache, log off/log back on and it fixes stuff.  Or I close it off, go for a walk and like magic, it is back.
