When it says “value is out of range”, just ignore the pop-up and use the tab key when you are ready to finish your calculation. Just worked for me

calculation: Does the 0.03333 calculation = 0:02:00?

OK.  Messing with too many numbers today.  This does actually work out to 1 hour of accrued sick leave per 30 hours worked.  Duh
