You can track time per customer in QuickBooks using Timesheet. First you need to make sure the time tracking is enabled in your QuickBooks.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Employee section.
  2. Select the name of the employee.
  3. Click the pencil icon for Pay.
  4. Click the pencil icon for Deductions/Contribution.
  5. Select the Deduction item as Other Deduction.
  6. Select the Type as Loan Repayment.
  7. Enter the amount to be deducted every pay day.
  8. Click the OK button.

The printer settings are often not upgraded.  They are associated with the QB installation, not your company file.
