Are you really using QB 11, or do you mean QB 2011?  Either way, neither will run or is supported on a Windows 10 machine.

cant: can I receive validation code? I installed qb 2010 simple start free edition. Qb ask for validation code to register. I’m thai people, and I’m new develop qbxml.

You need to register QuickBooks.  If you need to call, and you don’t speak English, you’ll need to find someone who does.

cant: Can I go to the individual QB files on my desktop and DUMP the Quickbooks (mac) 2015 Server? The “server” is AWFUL!

The server is only for sharing files among multiple users. There is no reason to use it for a single file.

In the server choose File->Quit. Launch the QuickBooks application. Choose File->Open and navigate to your company file.  Open it.
