care team: I have paid an invoice (bill) and the funds transferred were returned the following day as the account number was incorrect. Unsure how to show reversal for reconciliing

You can undo the matched transaction by going to banking > in QuickBooks > undo the match.

You might like to disregard the incorrect out and in transactions since the are balancing itself out

Then re-match the correct payment to the invoice again.
