Perhaps the accounts are set differently under “Classify cash” .

Look for the button in the top right when you run the screen report, same button again in Company Preference

Then verify that both principle accounts are checked under ‘Financing’

Cash Flow: I have memorized checks to print later with a monthly reminder. I just want it to list the to be printed checks so I can pay them as the money comes in.

Open the Memorized Transactions List and Edit one of them. Make sure it is set to Remind Me, not Automatic. Now, you get Pop ups, but nothing really happens. When you want to Trigger it, you open that list and Double-click it, to create it, when you are ready.
