It is an expense, you can create an expense account named for the payment, or use a fee expense account
but since you have an accountant, and you are paying him, that means he works for you, why not just ask him?

It does not work that way
you used the CC to pay for something, that is borrowing money and recording the expense or purchase
then you pay the CC, that paying back the debt you owe, there are no expense accounts associated with paying back debt
