categorize: I use Quickbooks self-employed and I have a home office. I want to take a % of my utilities, house pmt, etc. for my home office. How do I categorize these pmts?

Better to keep track of these outside of QB since your potential deduction is calculated on form 8829 and then transferred to schedule C or other business income form you use. https://www.irs.gov/businesses/small-businesses-self-employed/home-office-deduction

categorize: In QB pro I could see the register when adding downloaded transactions. Can I do the same with QB online?

categorize: How to categorize what accounts my credit card payment applies to on the general ledger?

It does not work that way

you used the CC to pay for something, that is borrowing money and recording the expense or purchase

then you pay the CC, that paying back the debt you owe, there are no expense accounts associated with paying back debt
