CC payment: How can I book a CC payment as a receivable? Expenses will be billed to clients, so I want $$ on the balance sheet. When entering a bill, I can’t code the payment to AR.

Can you not when entering the credit card bill – you should have an option on the right hand side to put a client name and check off billable etc.

You would have numerous lines according to your 3 clients and the expenses.

I do it differently, make the payment of 30%,  to the vendor and select accounts payable  as the expense for the check/CC – that sets a vendor credit which IMO is what it is – you can be sure the vendor will process the check or CC payment

CC payment: does undoing a bank reconciliation report affect my credit card reconciliations?

No each account recon is only for that account

but if your corrections involved another account, like you changed a CC payment from the bank, and you are reconciling the bank account, then yes that change affected the CC account so it will have to be re-reconciled too
