characters: Error: “Email adheres to the specification for email address naming” when changing password for Sage Exchange

Resolution:

  1. Place your cursor at the end of the email address.
  2. Press and hold the Delete button to delete any blank characters at the end of the email address.
  3. Enter New password and Confirm password.
  4. Verify you are now able to change password.

characters: How do I import an XLSX file into QBO Essentials ? I exported the Customer file from QB Desktop Pro (650 records). But a lot of records are messed up.

It is delete each record one at a time by bringing it up and using the more menu>delete at the bottom

or if you are within 60 days of starting the account, you can purge the account of transactions

characters: The text box for items detail is too small when i enter product/service when i enter a bill. A lot of my product start off as the same first 20 characters.

I just checked my enter bills, the item or account description block automatically word wraps so I am not sure what the issue is

characters: Need 9 characters for chart of act acct numbers, only lets me enter 7. QB pls adjust! I have to use the account numbers from other software so cannot change acct numbers

Currently the memo line on a check will allow you to enter more than 50 characters. However; only 50 will print on the check stub. At this time there is no way to change this setting.
