Charts of Account: why purchase order is not showing under charts of account?

Purchase orders are non-posting transactions and don’t affect your Chart of Accounts. It’ll only affect your Chart of accounts once it’s converted to a bill.

Charts of Account: Trying to use file menu item: Email accounts list as pdf…This produces an email page which captures about 25% of my chart of accounts. The remaining 75% are missing.

I believe PDF generation relies on the print settings. Try choosing File->Print Accounts List… this will bring up a Print Dialog. First choose the “Print to PDF” option and see if that produces a correct PDF. I’m thinking it won’t, either, but try it.
