check amount: I want to add information in the reference field of a check stub. Where does the reference field on the check stub come from in QBO?
You’ll want to enter your reference in the Memo field on a check transaction. It will display on your check stub when you preview and print your check.
Please limit your characters and spaces to 50, so it doesn’t overlap with the check amount.
I’ve added screenshots for your reference.
