chrome: I keep getting this error when trying to review my imported transactions. I have cleared the cache, tried different browsers & computers & disconnected/reconnected.

Are you using Chrome as your browser?  If so, try firefox.  I find that when this happens and the clear cache trick doesn’t work, I switch browsers for a day or so.

chrome: We accidentally started an invoice when we meant to start an estimate. How do we now change and invoice into an estimate?

Unfortunately, you cannot do this backwards.  Use qBo with Chrome in the browser, and Open another tab and just copy it over to the estimate.

At this point, since you’ve already done all the basic troubleshooting, you need to contact QuickBooks Online Customer Care. They have additional tools, such as screen sharing, that will help them investigate this further.

chrome: I have installed chrome as my browser for my quickbooks , how do I get it to switch from edge?

Just open Chrome to login to QB Online.  Plus, you can make Chrome your default browser.

I have a new laptop with Win 10 and Edge and I use Chrome.
