You can’t in QB, but you can send the report to Excel and then do it there.

You may be able to filter it by class

Run the report > click customize or modify > click filter > click on class > select a class & run the report.

class report: How do I arrange the class order in a ‘P&L by class’ report? Don’t want them in the default alphabetical order.

Right now, there isn’t an option to arrange the class order in the Profit and Loss by Class report. If you’d like this option be added in QuickBooks Online, you can send your idea directly to our product developers through this link:

You can not, intuit decided everyone needed the new format and did not make it optional in company settings
