You can try to delete it, but something In Use won’t delete.

This is Basic List Management: Open the Lists menu > Templates List. Right click that one and make it Inactive. Now it never shows in the Dropdowns.

You could memorize the invoice with the unique fee, and reuse it month to month – I think that might be what you are asking

Class: I deleted a class that was relevant only in 2015. How do I retrieve the information now?

Re activate the class.  Dear, find the cost if you wheel all the way to the right click on that and have it show all classes. Find the one that you deleted and edit it to make it active again.

Class: Wrong class was used w/upload creating another class. I can JE to correct class, but I want to fix entries and get rid of incorrect class. (“2” is bad, “2-LS” is right)

Class: How do u use class field? We’re a school district & ea school is a location. Invoices are assigned a location. Should I have used class instead? Want a P&L for ea school.

“We have revenue and expenses at each of our 28 school site kitchens”

That allows you to run P&L by Class, or P&L by Location. Or, P&L by Class, filtered for one location. Or, P&L by Location, filtered for one class.

assuming you have turned classes on in company settings

open an invoice, in the account detail area click in the class block and select add new

I can not find anywhere else to create a new class, other than a sales or purchase form
