Right Click the Bank from Chart of Accounts and run a Quick Report. Customize. Date = ALL. Filter on Cleared Status = No.

You don’t need to Undo.

For you changing the transactions, you impacted their Cleared Status. As long as you know the Values are still correct, you can re-reconcile.
