clock icon: How to fix inventory shrinkage?

I am not sure how you moved inventory to cogs-shrinkage but try this, bring up inventory adjust, top left is a clock icon, click that and select the inventory adjustment.  on the inventory adjustment use the more button at the bottom and select delete.

They have combined recent transactions menu and search transactions menu under the magnifying glass (upper right corner next to plus sign).
