collapse: Can we export a to P&L to Excel and be able to collapse and expand the report in Excel?

In excel if you use the hide command with certain rows highlighted, that works to collapse just those rows

but if you mean a “button” like on the report then as Ray says, no you can not

collapse: Can I exclude sub-accounts from my Trial Balance report? I just want to show parent account. I tried with Expand/Collapse option but it did not work? Please advise me.

Oh: Trial Balance is supposed to show everything and does not collapse. That’s why I pointed you to the P&L. Please re-read the input I have provided.
