Company Administrator: User vs Accountant

I assume the International QBO is like the US version in that an accountant user has extra tools for use in updating, editing, etc. your file.  They are not usually the Master or Company Administrator but an additional user provide with your subscription.

Company Administrator: how do i invite my accountant with my Bahamas version of quickbooks online?

To add your accountant, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Gear icon > Manage Users.

2. Thereafter, please click New and select Company administrator, and tick This user is my accountant

3. Input your accountant’s email address, click Next

4. Click Finish

Company Administrator: Is there a way to allow access to make Inventory Adjustments to a user that is only allowed access to “Sales”?

There isn’t any way to allow a sales user to make inventory adjustments. You will need to add him/her as a Regular or Custom user with all access rights, or a Company Administrator if they need to log in on their own and make them.
