You should never Move files like this. The QB file is a relational database and the associated utility files would be Recreated when you do it like this:

Currently, there isn’t an option to merge two company data files into one company. As a recommendation, you can export your lists from one company and import it to the another.

It isn’t clear if this is Pro 2012 or POS 2013. They are both dead programs and no longer supported. Running them on W10 is a risk, because you have lost compatibility, as well.
