Company Information: New QB online windows app updated itself today and launches but will not show my company. From the greyed-out menu selections it looks like it has not loaded.

Let’s reset your app data so your company information gets displayed after logging in.

Here’s how:

Go to the Help menu on the navigation bar at the top.
Select Reset App Data.
