Company section: I need help renewing my subscription. I cannot find the billing section in my accounts tab.

You’d have to click Account and Settings below the Your Company section. This will take you to the company settings where you can find the Billing & Subscription page. Once you’re there, simply click the Renew now link next to your subscription status. Then, enter your billing information, and you’re good to go.

Company section: I haven’t been using QBs to pay bills. Does my on-line QB subscription include bill pay or is this an extra charge?

QuickBooks is more of a record keeping software.  You can record your bills and the fact that they were paid, but QuickBooks will not pay your bills for you.  Being able to pay your bills through QuickBooks would be very helpful.  We come out with updates all of the time […]

Company section: change all existing invoices to create the next scheduled invoice 20 days prior ?

At this time, you’d have to go in individually and change the prior date.  Please see the steps below to modify your invoices.

  1. Click on your company name in the top right corner.
  2. Click Recurring Transactions under the Lists section.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Modify your dates.
  5. Click Save Template when done.
