complete: Invoice % complete of TOTAL – NOT BY LINE ITEM

Even if you progress invoice for a % it will still be applied to each item, not to the total. It is allocated.

If you enter your data in a Group item set Not To Print the items in the Group, you should get what you are asking for.

complete: How do I make a change to a payroll check once payroll is complete.

You can edit a paycheck by opening it and changing its details.  Most anything can be changed, though you can’t add new taxes to the check or completely remove taxes on the check (however you can change tax amounts to 0.00.)

You will be able to delete any journals you create so its not an issue if they do generate unassigned vat but you must do it from the edit menu.
