Your dates are in MM/DD/YY format, like “12/01/17”.

Despite what the QB message says (it has been wrong for a decade) QB expects the dates in MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY format, depending on your computer date settings.

Computer System: Our bank recently underwent a computer system upgrade and my accounts are not automatically updating and I can’t manually update them either. Please help.

It is being caused by a QBs script error. You will need to report to QBs for them to notify you when it is fixed.
