We’ve replicated this issue with our test account and it works fine. You may want to repair your QuickBooks by following the steps below:

  1. On your keyboard, press Windows  + E to open the Computer window.
  2. Note: in Windows 8, click the Computer tab.
  3. Click Uninstall or change a program.
  4. Select QuickBooks.
  5. Once QuickBooks is selected, click Uninstall/Change.
